How long before your order arrives?
- All orders must be fully paid prior any shipment. Orders will be dispatched in timely manner once payment has been processed and cleared. We have no ability to verify the customer's address and will ship the item to the address provided in the online account.
- Your order will be shipped 3 - 5 business days after receiving it
- If any item on your order cannot be delivered within 10 business days we will contact you with an estimated delivery time

What if there are delays?
- If there are any unforeseen delays we will advise you
- If we do not have your item/s in stock, we depend on our suppliers to resupply us
- At times, our suppliers may have sold out of popular items and may be making more
- or waiting for a delivery from overseas manufacturers
- If our suppliers can no longer supply us with an item you have ordered, we will advise you and refund you.
- Who will deliver your order?
- We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders
- We send all items by Express Post satchels within Australia, and by Express Courier International satchels outside Australia
- Each satchel has an individual bar code
- We do not take responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel after it has been lodged with Australia Post
Split deliveries
- You may request a split delivery of your order if you require some items urgently
- Split deliveries may incur additional delivery charges, unless your original order was over AUD $300.00

Cancellations
- Orders already despatched cannot be cancelled
- Orders cancelled before despatch will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee
- Phone or email us promptly if you wish to cancel and we will advise you if your order has been despatched
- If an item does not fit can I return it?
Yes of course! We accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it within 7 Days to: Curves With Love Maternity Boutique - (Address will be supplied) and include a note to advise us what you would like to exchange it for, also if you email us at

we can help you with the exchange. You will need to include your credit card details again as, due to security, we do not keep your credit payment details on file. Please note that postage will be charged for shipping out your new purchase, unless you are providing an express post satchel for the new shipment. If you require a full refund, we can arrange this but please be aware that an administrative fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. You will also need to advise us of your credit card or bank account details again as, due to security, we do not keep this information on file.
Returns
We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase. However we understand that judging your size can be tricky as well as knowing what will work best with your new figure. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the invoice date. A refund will be issued on unworn, unmarked, odorless, unwashed item in original condition with tags attached. We will not refund if the item is not in any of the above conditions. To avoid disappointment, phone or email us if you intend to return the garment. We are happy to hold a replacement garment in your name for up to a week until your returned item arrives.
It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us. We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. The refund, excluding shipping fees will be issued in the original form of payment. Although AU $10.00 will be deducted from the total you paid to us. This will partially cover Handling and Restocking expenses.
